UOB Sukhumvit is a 24-storeyed office tower and 7-storeyed car parking building at the back of building, the construction is located on Sukhumvit Road near Soi 26, Bangkok Thailand and was built since 1974.

The site is centrally located beside the main business Sukhumvit road within close proximity to the Phromphong BTS Station with access to public transport.

EEC Lincolne Scott was appointed as the MEP consultants to study and recommendation of the MEP upgrade and improvement of the property.

The MEP renovation of the office building included the upgrade of chillers, cooling towers, all air handling units, electrical system and related services with successful implementation and installation including better energy efficiency.
